We currently ship across all regions within Australia.
Shipping services to locations outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees and Tax
All listed prices already include applicable taxes.
Shipping fees are calculated per order as follows:

Orders below 99.99 AUD incur a 9.99 AUD shipping fee.
3. Cut-Off Time and Processing Calculation
The time an order is submitted determines the processing date:

Orders confirmed before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) are processed from the same day.

Orders confirmed after 18:00 move to the next business day for processing.

If placed on a rest day, processing begins on the next business day.
4. Processing Time
Once processing begins, orders generally require 1–3 business days before being handed over to the carrier.
5. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated transit period for most packages is 6–10 business days.
Please note that weather events, seasonal surges, or carrier network changes may cause additional delays.

If a parcel is signed for by another individual at the delivery address, it is considered successfully delivered.
